At this time, we only provide wheelchair accessible transportation.

We transport traditional, electric, powered & motorized wheelchairs, scooters and transition chairs up to 34 inches wide.

We accept all major credit cards and Apple/Google Pay.

If I book a transport for a loved one, can someone else ride along ?
Yes. One additional passenger / caretaker can ride for no additional charge.

Will I receive a refund if I need to cancel my transport ?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm each reservation. If your appointment is canceled 24 hours before your scheduled transport, all monies will be refunded within 2 -3 business days. Transports canceled within a

24-hour window, will receive a partial refund. (total amount paid minus the $50 deposit)

Once I book my transport, will I need to call and schedule a pick-up ?
No. We sit and wait for you! We will only leave and return at a later time if you want us to.
