You'll never have to pay for tolls, parking or fueling charges. Reasonable wait times are built into our prices. No need to confirm a pick-up because we will wait, if you need us to.

Wheelchair Transport
Wheelchair passengers are allowed one (1) aide/caretaker to ride at no additional cost.

Safety & Covid 19 Protocol
We use a combination of disinfecting aerosol spray and cleaning wipes to sanitize seats, seatbelts, door handles and cup holders. In addition, our vehicle is also vacuumed after each trip is completed. Our staff is fully vaccinated for our protection and yours.  While masks are not required, we encourage all passengers to wear them while inside our vehicles. Masks can be provided upon request.

Unfortunately, accidents happen. We will be prepared when they do. A first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are available for emergencies. Maryland law requires all passengers to wear a seat-belt while the vehicle is in motion.

Refund Policy
If we are unable to fulfill our service obligations due to weather, hazardous road conditions, or similar, we will ensure you are returned the full amount of your trip. 
*We ultimately have the right to cancel trips based on road conditions as safety is our #1 priority. In these instances you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to confirm all reservations. We understand things don't always go as planned, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
